If I could sum up the way I feel about Dr. Soon Kyong Na and her daughter Dr. Rosa Na in a single phrase, I would have to say 'Miracle Workers'! To be honest. I really don't understand much about Acupuncture, but one thing for certain is that it does work, and both Dr. Soon Kyong and her daughter Dr. Rosa have a vast knowledge and solid experience in the practice.
Having suffered with TMJ for more than 6 years, I started to actively seek alternative treatments for TMJ pain. A quick search online introduced me to Acupuncture, and my next search was for a reliable clinic in the Los Angeles area. Viola! - Dr. Na AcuChiro TMJ Clinic popped up as the first result and with the excellent reviews, there was no need to search any further.

I have suffered from Trigeminal Nerve Disorder from a horrible experience with Dr. Galina, a Russian dentist who dug into an infected tooth until she destroyed the nerves there. After that, I have been in debilitating pain. I have seen at least a dozen dentists and neurologists, even had an operation in January which two neurologists from Neurological Associates assured me would cure me. It didn't - it made it worse!I was at the end of my rope, so depressed and hopeless. Then I came here. From the first session, Dr. Rosa was warm and trusting and her treatment started to take the edge off the pain. Then Dr. Na gave me two more treatments. Oh, my!!! Finally I am starting to feel relief, the pain is becoming manageable! I am going to return to Dr.s Rosa and Na twice a week from now on. These two women are angels and so empathetic!!! I feel as if I am crawling out of a huge depression. Thank you Drs Rosa and Na for your mysterious treatments that WORK. After all these doctors I've seen who have only given me heavy meds or useless operations, I am grateful for your caring, your honesty, your compassion and your skill!

My acne is gone.
Skin is not 100% perfect, but there is definitely NO acne and my skin is better than it's been in about 3 years. I have changed absolutely NOTHING else in my life that would have contributed to it. In fact, I actually started smoking again, which usually makes it worse.
I am astounded. I am flabbergasted. I am TOTALLY impressed. AND, I THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO MUCH :)

Dr. Na is a magician. I don't understand how it all works... but I limp in and walk out feeling 100% better.
I actually told her during my last visit that I would come for more treatments if she didn't always fix me up in one shot! I had severe upper back pain and had pain shooting up my back every time i tried to walk. yes.. she fixed me right up in one shot again. amazing.

I have been coming here for over 10 years now... You can't play sports as often as I do without getting injured every now and then (weekly). They combine Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) along with chiropractic treatments to make me whole again.
My partial list of injuries treated include: ankles, heel, achilles, shoulder, my neck......my back......(ahh just like that). I send all my friends, family, and fellow (m)athletes there.
Going to them makes me feel like a professional third-string bench warmer because I have all of the advantages of access to top notch medical care without any of the fame, money, or women...

I've never felt compelled to Yelp before, but after today's visit at the AcuChiro clinic, I must show some love with 5 stars.
I have chronic back pain, and they knew just where I was hurting without my telling them. It was my first time doing cupping and acupuncture, and I might have become addicted. I came for the chiropractic services, but came out with major bonuses. I really appreciated the information pre-treatment, and the obvious expertise in talking about my situation.

I bit the bullet & went in for acupuncture therapy. Dr. Rosa Na did these cuppy things that helped the blood flow circulation...I have a nice purple/pink pattern of circles on my back...nice fake tats - YAY! Afterward, she treated me with the needles...I probably looked like a 1/2 naked porcupine - but again, no pain when she applied the needles! AWESOME!

Thinking I was going to be have to suffer the curse and pains of being a stomach sleeper for my entire life, I was willing to give up on the hopes of laying for hours pain free. But, oh no no....Rosa suggested otherwise and quickly taught me new habits with new pillows. I can honestly say that my new best friend is a reflex foam pillow that is able to prop up books...prop up my neck....and prop up my pain free spirits and provide me good sleep night after night.

I had been having problems with my knee for about a month or so that it got to the point I was limping when I walked and needed a quick fix. My friend recommended me to Rosa & her clinic. I am a person that doesn't do too well with needles but if I didn't look at what they were doing to me it was okay. Rosa and her mother are honestly the sweetest people on earth! They took care of me and her mother defiantly had the caring mother touch. I had a total of three appointments and each time they would use techniques like cupping and needle acupuncture and let me tell you after the first session I started to feel a noticeable change in the way I walked. But the third session my knee was completely healed! I wasn't a believer in such techniques until I came to Rosa, unbelievable! I had insurance so it was only $25 a session, totally worth every dollar! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I've had lower back problems ever since I was little and after a pretty nasty car accident, I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Rosa Na. I'd never had acupuncture before and was a big chicken about needles, but Dr. Na put me to ease with her calming demeanor and gentle touch. Didn't even feel those suckers go in. That, along with her gentle adjustments, made me feel so much better even on the very first day! Needless to say, I've gone back many times for all my tweaked muscles and sprains. I've referred many of my friends and she's fixed all of them, including my sister who pulled her back on moving day (105lb girls should not be lifting 45lb paper shredders.......)

The treatments are simply the BEST! The NA mother-daughter combo attack your pain using both acupuncture and chiropractic methods, so you get the best of both worlds. And boy does it work! I've never felt such intense good-for-you-kinda pain followed by euphoric bliss as when I'm lying on the adjusting tables in this clinic. If you've got big bad TMJ jaw pain like I do, I'd highly recommend them. I can honestly say that I will be a life-long patient!

With a phobia of needles - acupuncture is not my cup of tea. However, I braved going in to see Dr. Na for treatment for a sore back plus lousy head cold. I was laying on my stomach, and within a matter of seconds Dr. Na had aligned my spine ... I already felt better, but Dr. Na was moving around the room busily preparing my next treatment ... I eagerly pleaded with her NO NEEDLES!!! Instead I was being attacked by a GIANT SQUID! haha Actually, she was putting these suction cup things on my back to help with the cold and sore back - AKA cupping. This was my first experience with "eastern" medicine and amazingly enough it worked on the first try! Looking like you've been attacked by a giant squid is a small price to pay for easing my terrible head cold and sore back. I'm a regular now - and have to admit the amount I get sick has decreased significantly. I'm hooked!

I've had a chronic back/hip pain for over 10 years. I've tried everything from physical therapy to accupuncture in those 10 years but didn't help as much as Dr. Na has this past year.

My husband & I have been to Dr. Rosa Na for the last few years. She's worked miracles for myself and Rosa's mother has cured my husband of his neck problems. We were both scared of needles and they made us feel at ease. Now we don't mind them at all knowing that we'll feel better after a treatment. I highly recommend giving it a try. You pretty much can gurantee feeling better.

After just a few sessions, Dr. Na got rid of my chronic neck and shoulder pain through acupuncture and cupping therapy. The pain was bothering me for at least 6 months, and no amount of medicine and massage helped. I even tried acupuncture at UCLA, but they weren't that good. I wish it were closer to west LA, but her skills make the trek out to Ktown definitely worth it. This is a no frills clinic that gets the job done.

I've been here a few times to get adjusted. Like the other reviewers have said, you always feel much better after receiving treatment. At first I was hesitant to receive chiropractic treatment (might be because I watched way too many Kung Fu movies growing up; you know the neck braking move?) but Dr. Na put me at ease. If you have some aches and pains, I definitely recommend going to see Rosa.

I've been going to Rosa Na, DC, and her mother, Dr. Na, for almost a year. The combination of chiropractic and acupuncture has helped me a great deal, especially my very painful TMJ, which has improved markedly since treatment. I am much more relaxed and aligned, and have a greater range of motion in my neck. I am also much more flexible throughout my body. I feel less stress in my life, especially after the cupping and acupuncture treatments. My husband quit smoking after an acupuncture treatment from Dr. Na. I highly recommend their office for treatment of pain, stress and other ailments.

How can you not love Rosa!?! The service you receive at her center is first rate and she is wonderfully kind and gentle with the adjustments. I see her a few times a month and I always feel much better when I leave. She is also very flexible with appointment times and makes you feel very comfortable. The clinic has been around forever. I used to get treated by the older Mrs. Na and now I get my treatments from the younger Mrs. Na. The place is clean and cozy, different atmosphere from the rest of the center. Treatments are straight forward, but the results are always the same... away with the pain, either from straining, over-usage, or an accident. Recommend it to anyone wholeheartedly.
